Privacy
Last updated 15 August 2026
The short version. We do not use cookies, we have no accounts, and we do not track you. You can search this site without giving us anything.
What we collect from visitors
Nothing that identifies you. There are no cookies, no accounts, no advertising trackers, and no third-party scripts or embeds on this site.
Our web server and our CDN (Cloudflare) keep short-lived operational logs — IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser user-agent — which exist to keep the site online and to stop abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not sold or shared.
If we add analytics, it will be a cookieless, aggregate-only measure with no cross-site tracking, and this page will say so before it goes live.
Information about organisations
The sponsor records on this site come from the UK Home OfficeRegister of Worker and Temporary Worker licensed sponsors, published under the Open Government Licence v3.0. We take a copy each day and keep a record of what changed, because the official register publishes only its current state.
These records describe organisations, not individuals. Where a listed sponsor is a sole trader whose business name is also a personal name, the entry may constitute personal data. If that applies to you, contact us and we will consider the entry individually.
Corrections and removal requests
We will promptly correct anything we have reproduced inaccurately — write toour corrections pageand we respond within 48 hours.
We will not remove an accurate record of what a public register published on a given date, and we do not accept payment from listed organisations to alter, promote, or delete an entry. If you believe an entry should be removed on data-protection grounds, tell us why and we will assess it and reply.
Email, if you choose to send it
If you email us about a correction, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to deal with it and to keep a record of the decision.
We do not currently offer email alerts. When we do, subscribing will be explicit opt-in, every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe link, and the address will be used for nothing else. This page will be updated before that launches.
Who processes data for us
- Hetzner — server hosting, Germany.
- Cloudflare — CDN, DNS and denial-of-service protection.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and complain to theInformation Commissioner's Office. Because we hold no visitor accounts, in most cases the answer to the first question is that we hold nothing about you at all.
Contact
This is a plain-language summary of how the site works, not legal advice. Have it reviewed before relying on it commercially — particularly before launching email alerts, which introduce a lawful basis, a processor and a retention period that this page does not yet describe.
